Hydraulic Systems + Fault detection

Hydraulic and grease system service/repair for fixed plant and HME. Rebuild and/or fabrication of hydraulic systems and all associated components (hydraulic and filter packs, kidney loop skids). Fault finding and diagnostics on hydraulic systems.

Scheduled Service & Maintenance

Scheduled servicing of fixed plant applications (Mills, Crushers, Conveyors, Leach Circuits). Plus general breakdown and unplanned maintenance trade labour.

Service and Rebuild

Service and rebuild of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and associated components.

Lube Maintenance

Lube maintenance support and training of site lube technicians.

Fire Suppression

Specialising in fault finding and repairs, ensuring your fleet is always in top shape with ongoing maintenance and recertifications. Plus, we offer new design, supply, and installation of fire suppression systems to keep everything safe and secure.

Electrical Tag and Testing

Onsite service provided for all your electrical test and tagging requirements.

    • Design of hydraulic system for air conditioning compressor motors on Komatsu face shovel

    • Component replacement on Metso Outotec mill (Lube pumps, pressure gauges, heatexchangers, flow dividers, filter housings including pressure and return filter elements)

    • Replacement of lube pumps on tertiary crusher

    • Delivery of training package and maintenance schedule for site lube technicians
